Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of CheapFollowersBuy.com, Tomáš Přibyl, a sole trader / entrepreneur, Company ID (IČ): 09264990, with registered office at Vajgar 591, 377 01 Jindřichův Hradec, Czech Republic (hereinafter the "Operator"), and the customer (hereinafter the "Customer").

The Operator provides social media promotion services for Instagram and TikTok through the website www.cheapfollowersbuy.com. Services include increasing followers, likes, and views.

2. Ordering Services

The Customer orders services through the web interface. To place an order, the following is required:

• Enter the social media profile username
• Select the desired service and quantity
• Complete payment through the Stripe payment gateway
• Maintain a public profile throughout the duration of service delivery

An order is binding upon successful completion of payment. Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during payment.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service prices are listed in US dollars (USD) including all applicable taxes. Payment is made online through the secure Stripe payment gateway, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, and other payment cards.

The Operator reserves the right to change prices. The prices valid at the time the order is placed shall apply to the Customer.

4. Service Delivery

Services begin within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the type and scope of the ordered service:

• Followers: 1–7 days depending on volume
• Likes: 1–48 hours
• Views: 1–24 hours

The Operator guarantees delivery of at least 95% of the ordered quantity. In the event of incomplete delivery, the Customer is entitled to a proportional refund or a top-up of the missing quantity.

5. Conditions for Service Delivery

For successful service delivery, the following conditions must be met:

• The profile must be public (not private)
• The profile must not violate the terms of service of the respective social network
• The username must not be changed during service delivery
• The profile must not be deleted or blocked during service delivery

6. Withdrawal from Contract

Due to the nature of the services (immediate commencement of performance at the Customer's request), it is not possible to withdraw from the contract after service delivery has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The Customer may cancel an order only before service delivery has begun. In such cases, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.

7. Complaints

The Customer has the right to file a complaint regarding services that were not delivered in accordance with the order. Complaints must be submitted via email to support@cheapfollowersbuy.com within 30 days of service delivery.

A complaint must include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Proposed resolution

The Operator will resolve the complaint within 30 days of receipt.

8. Liability and Limitations

The Operator is not liable for:

• Any penalties imposed by social network operators
• Loss of followers due to natural attrition
• Changes to social network algorithms
• Non-delivery of services due to violation of conditions by the Customer

9. Privacy Policy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at www.cheapfollowersbuy.com/privacy. The Operator processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms become effective on August 17, 2026. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments become effective on the date of their publication on the website.

Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and European consumer protection law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to reach an amicable resolution. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, email: adr@coi.gov.cz, web: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.
