Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of CheapFollowersBuy.com, Tomáš Přibyl, a sole trader / entrepreneur, Company ID (IČ): 09264990, with registered office at Vajgar 591, 377 01 Jindřichův Hradec, Czech Republic (hereinafter the "Operator"), and the customer (hereinafter the "Customer").

The Operator provides social media promotion services for Instagram and TikTok through the website www.cheapfollowersbuy.com. Services include increasing followers, likes, and views.

2. Ordering Services

The Customer orders services through the web interface. To place an order, the following is required:

• Enter the social media profile username
• Select the desired service and quantity
• Available payment methods are shown at checkout: Finby or verified prepaid credit. The final amount and currency are displayed before you confirm the order.
• Maintain a public profile throughout the duration of service delivery

An order is binding upon successful completion of payment. Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during payment.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

The Operator reserves the right to change prices. The prices valid at the time the order is placed shall apply to the Customer.

4. Service Delivery

Services begin within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the type and scope of the ordered service:

• Followers: 1–7 days depending on volume
• Likes: 1–48 hours
• Views: 1–24 hours

The Operator guarantees delivery of at least 95% of the ordered quantity. In the event of incomplete delivery, the Customer is entitled to a proportional refund or a top-up of the missing quantity.

5. Conditions for Service Delivery

For successful service delivery, the following conditions must be met:

• The profile must be public (not private)
• The profile must not violate the terms of service of the respective social network
• The username must not be changed during service delivery
• The profile must not be deleted or blocked during service delivery

If the Customer changes the target account’s username after service delivery, free refills of that service under the Operator’s voluntary guarantee are no longer available. Refills are tied to the original username specified in the order. This does not affect statutory rights in respect of defective performance.

6. Withdrawal from Contract

Due to the nature of the services (immediate commencement of performance at the Customer's request), it is not possible to withdraw from the contract after service delivery has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The Customer may cancel an order only before service delivery has begun. In such cases, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.

7. Complaints

The Customer has the right to file a complaint regarding services that were not delivered in accordance with the order. Complaints must be submitted via email to info@tvojelajky.cz within 30 days of service delivery.

A complaint must include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Proposed resolution

The Operator will resolve the complaint within 30 days of receipt.

Free refills for a drop after delivery are a voluntary guarantee offered by the Operator for services where refills are available and are subject to section 5. They do not replace or limit statutory rights in respect of defective performance or remedies for failure to deliver the ordered quantity under section 4. Displaying the option to request a refill or accepting a request does not in itself confirm eligibility for a refill or its completion.

8. Liability and Limitations

Instagram and TikTok independently decide whether to restrict account features or reach, suspend an account or block it. The Operator does not control these decisions and does not guarantee that the target account will remain unrestricted.

Automation, third-party applications and other activities of the Customer may lead to account restrictions. The Operator is not liable for consequences of these activities that it did not cause through a breach of its obligations. The mere fact that an account restriction follows an order does not establish its cause.

An account restriction for reasons for which the Operator is not liable does not in itself entitle the Customer to a refund for a properly provided service or to a free replacement service. Costs for a service already provided are incurred even if the account is subsequently restricted.

These provisions do not limit the Customer’s statutory rights in respect of defective performance, withdrawal from the contract or compensation for harm.

9. Privacy Policy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at www.cheapfollowersbuy.com/privacy. The Operator processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR.

10. Final Provisions

This version of the Terms applies to orders concluded from its publication on the website. Earlier orders remain subject to the version in force when they were concluded; this change does not retroactively limit existing rights. The Operator reserves the right to amend the Terms for future orders.

Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and European consumer protection law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall attempt to reach an amicable resolution. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, email: adr@coi.gov.cz, web: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.
